Shipment, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping - No tracking. FREE on orders over $15 or $3 flat fee Australia-wide. May take up to 7 business days.
  • Express shipping with tracking is available with extra cost.
  • International Shipping is currently unavailable

Please allow 1-2 business day for handling.  Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us.  If it is a tracked postage, you will recieve the tracking infomtion. 

Change of Mind Returns

"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.  The Customer need to pay for the postage for return.  Once we recieve the returned product fulling the following condition, the purchase price, excluding delivery charges will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

  • We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:

    •  Return within 30 days
    •  Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
    •  Item is not otherwised listed as an excluded item 

Faulty Product Returns

LiveWise team takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. Please contact our team to deal with individual cases.



Exchanges for the same item in a different size/color will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference.  Customer need to bear the postage cost of returning the purchased product and the sending of the exchanged product.
